1. Booking and purchase
In order to purchase the e-shop products online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the website (Catalogue). Each product on sale is accompanied by a photo, a description and price.
Within the e-shop you can select and book individual products. It will be sufficient to choose among the possible variants, indicate the quantity and confirm. The products are thus inserted in the virtual cart.
You can add, cancel or confirm all orders made up to that time. In order to confirm the order, the Customer must proceed to their personal authentication:
- by e-mail and password, if already registered;
- by registering and indicating all the required data, if not registered already.
The purchase will be considered completed for Calicantus S.r.l. only when the order will be confirmed by the same via e-mail. The confirmation is sent within 2 working days of receipt of the order.

2. Products availability and sales price
For each item is indicated the unit selling price expressed in euro (€), I.V.A. (Value Added Tax) included and net of shipping costs.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products, their volume, weight and destination; they will be highlighted during the purchase procedure and on the form "VS order confirmation”.
All the products in the e-shop are in stock. Should any unforeseen events occur due to delays in the delivery of the products, the Customer will be promptly informed by e-mail, as well as in the event of temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Calicantus S.r.l. ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs problems prevent the delivery of the products ordered. In this case the Customer will be informed promptly by e-mail and reimbursed later.

3. Payment methods
For the payment of purchases, the Customer may use the following methods:
a. PayPal circuit;
b. Credit cards available on PayPal;
c. Bank transfer (the order will be sent upon receipt of the bank account);

4. Delivery and shipping costs
All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l., will be sent by Corriere Espresso (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. For the shipment will be required a contribution to the expenses that will be highlighted during the purchase procedure, in relation to the country of destination of the order.
The shipment of the products will take place only after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to Calicantus S.r.l.
Products shipped in Italy are approximately delivered within 2-3 working days of shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 4-5 working days of shipment. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any variation to the above mentioned will be communicated promptly by e-mail to the Customer. Shipping times for all orders placed from 11 August 2023 to 23 August 2023 will vary: products shipped to Italy will approximately be delivered within 10-12 working days of shipment, while products shipped within the European Union will approximately be delivered within 14-16 working days of shipment.

Shipping costs to Italy are equal to:

  • € 6.99 (VAT included) for orders under €38.00 (VAT included). Shipping costs will be highlighted, counted and applied during the purchase process.
  • free shipping to Italy for orders over €38.00 (VAT included).

Shipping costs to foreign countries are equal to:

  • €8.99 (VAT included) for orders under €89.00 (VAT included). Shipping costs will be highlighted, counted and applied during the purchase process.
  • free shipping abroad for orders over €89.00 (VAT included).


5. Import taxes and custom duties
Products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.
In the case of deliveries to non-EU countries, the products could be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination.
It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs would be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods.

In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal that can be exercised without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered.
The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the period indicated above, by telegram, fax or e-mail. The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are exclusively charged to the Customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and by agreement with Calicantus S.r.l.
The goods must be returned with an insured package in Porto Franco at OPENDREAM S.R.L. Via Noalese, 94 31100 Treviso (TV). No parcel sent in cash on delivery or port assigned will be picked up by Calicantus S.r.l.

The refund of the invoice price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer’s bank account or Paypal within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be refunded and will not, in any case, be credited for the price of the item initially ordered.
If the return is due to an error of Calicantus S.r.l., the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

7. Applicable law
All contracts are concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
