Cockatils' Italy revives at the Florence Cocktail Week, celebrating bars and bartenders, experts in the fields and fine drinking enthusiasts. A whole week of meetings, masterclasses and night shifts with international guests and insights.

The presentation of Prohibito – The new way of mixing, the new exclusive mixability ensuing a two-year work and a close collaboration with the best Italian bartenders, took place during the sixth edition of the Florence Cocktail Week.

Seven fruit mixes, two sugary syrups, three Made in Puglia premium syrups, fifteen essences and a main base, one butter syrup, one Tiki Batter. The Prohibito range was presented c/o the Ditta Artigianale by Samuele Ambrosi (founder of the Cloakroom Cocktail Lab and Cloak Studios in Treviso), Gianni Zottola (leading expert in Tiki and tropical mixing) and Gianluca Fraccascia (Prohibito Brand Ambassador). “Pizza e Apulia Drinks”, Inspired by the land of Puglia, the event Pizza e Puglia Drinks at the contemporary pizzeria and cocktail bar Largo9 was accompanied by gourmet pizza and exclusive Prohibito signature drinks.

The event offered three Puglia-inspired tasting menus made with the most exceptional ingredients, and saw the presence of the Puglian bartender Tommy Colonna, founder of Benni from Gambrinus in Gravina in Puglia, Samuele Ambrosi, founder of the Cloakroom Cocktail Lab in Treviso, and Veronica Costantino, Bar Manager at Largo9, behind the bar counter.
