Mixology, the trends according to bartender and producers

Waiting to be able to return to our favorite bars for an aperitif or an after dinner drink, bartenders and producers tell us their feelings about what will be the new trend in the mixology industry.

The opinion of Elena Ceschelli, founder and marketing director of Bevande Futuriste, who explains the trends that will hopefully soon guide the resumption of activities for cocktail bars and evening clubs, the most affected by the closures following the pandemic.

“The trends are in our favor, as the consumer is increasingly demanding and attentive to quality. Green, organic, above all natural wins, where all the ingredients used emerge. Attention to the sugars used will always be high. The evolution also lies in proposing healthy products, with vitamins that are good for the body and mind".
