Based on an idea of Chef Igles Corelli, and coordinated by food & drink expert and advisor Giancarlo Maffi, I Principi del Riso is a homage to rice and to its evolution in contemporary cooking. Together with our glamour organic soft drinks, among its protagonists was also Riso Buono farm, which supported the initiative from the start.

Thanks to its insights, tasting and show cooking experiences, the first Venetian edition of I Principi del Riso at La Paterna, c/o Giavera del Montello (Treviso) was a huge success.

Together with I Principi del Riso, we made our personal tribute to rice's international culinary heritage and to fine Italian drinking in an unprecedented event that aimed at becoming a yearly appointment marked by insights, influences and homages to the numerous customs and forms of expression gravitating around the rice culture.

With a dashing menu proposal, the guests of the dinner party have been fascinated by the selection of Futurist drinks specially created by Samuele Ambrosi, founder of Cloak Studios and Cloakroom Cocktail Lab (Treviso).

The event culminated with an reflection on the nutritional value of rice, and on its beneficial effects on modern diet. Elena Ceschelli, Patron of Bevande Furutiste, showed the guests the charms of Organic Glamour with a special tasting of our drinks.
